Jenerate PR’s CEO, Jennifer Polito, launched the full-service public relations and brand marketing agency in 2014. With more than 16 years of experience, Jennifer possesses a brilliant command of developing and executing effective public relations campaigns aimed at increasing media exposure and supporting strategic marketing initiatives that ultimately drive revenue.

Under Jennifer’s leadership and guidance, Jenerate PR has helped multiple clients meet their publicity and business goals by employing impactful communication plans and a creative marketing approach. Jennifer steers the continuous growth of the agency, which has gained a foothold in globally renowned destination markets— Hawaii, Las Vegas, and California— while maintaining a diverse portfolio of clients, including national brands.

Collaborating with celebrity chef restaurants as well as luxury retail and hospitality brands are not new to Jennifer. Prior to launching Jenerate PR, Jennifer worked as a senior publicist at a leading hospitality and entertainment PR firm in Las Vegas. She consistently secured top-tier media coverage for clients and increased brand visibility through consumer awareness campaigns, special events, and social media. Her hospitality, food & beverage and corporate communications experience include working in the PR department for Caesars Entertainment where she facilitated national and international media visits for multiple casino resort properties.

An advocate of self-care and overall wellness, Jennifer highly values respite, relaxation, and refueling for optimal performance. She is also an avid reader and keeps abreast of trends to keep her creativity flowing. She enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband David and their rescue dog, Bear.
