Multipure Las Vegas Celebrates 50 Years
Las Vegas-Based Manufacturer Achieves Major Milestone and Celebrates by Giving Back
Las Vegas, NV (December 7, 2020) – December 2020 marks 50 years in business for Las Vegas-based Multipure International, the leading manufacturer of NSF-certified drinking water systems, filters and purifiers.
Founded in 1970, Multipure operates with the goal to provide cleaner, healthier drinking water to the public. The original manufacturer of the solid carbon block filter, Multipure filters are NSF-certified to reduce and remove the widest array of contaminants that can affect both the taste and the healthfulness of drinking water – a claim that few, if any, other filters can match. The company’s success has also led to the creation of Multipure’s Pure Foundation, through which Multipure works to support communities in need via direct water filtration assistance and education about water contamination.

To celebrate this significant milestone while honoring the season of giving, Multipure will be matching donations up to $5,000 made through the month of December to Miracle Flights, a Las Vegas-based non-profit organization that provides free flights to those in need of life-changing medical care not found in their local communities.
Additionally, from December 7-18, Multipure will host a holiday food drive by collecting donations for Three Square, Southern Nevada’s only food bank and the area’s largest hunger-relief organization. The company will also be donating $5,000 to Three Square, in addition to the food donation.
Finally, Multipure participates in the Salvation Army Angel Tree program at their Las Vegas headquarters each year. This year the company is matching all employee contributions of in-kind gifts donated to assist families who are experiencing difficult circumstances and otherwise wouldn’t have the resources to celebrate the holidays. Together, the company and employees will provide gifts to more than 100 children as part of the Salvation Army’s ‘Rescue Christmas’ campaign.
